Newly updated to include the question pool for exams administered after 01 July 2018. See 'What's new in this version' for installation instructions if you are already using this app prior to upgrading.
Ham Radio Exam allows the user to review the correct answers to the official pool of questions that will appear on their Technician license exam.
The user can also take quizzes of each topic that will be on the exam as well as take simulated examinations that exactly mimic the license exam that the user will take.
The users performance is stored so that the user can track their progress as they continue their preparations.
Ham Radio Exam even allows the user to find an examination session near them and to follow ham radio news.

Arrl ham radio license manual free download

My wife and I both passed the Tech exam by studying with this app for just a few hours. We realized we had forgotten to study for the test the next day, but we also had a full schedule for the day. No way could we have so conveniently fit in calling things out to each other and reviewing independently without this app. We would have certainly failed without it. Did have a bug where missed questions were not clickable in the app so you couldn’t read the whole question.

I'm studying for my exam and the practice tests in this app are the exact questions in the Ham Radio License Manual valid through 2018.

UPDATE: definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s. deserves more. Couple of weeks before my targeted test date, I would take 3-5 practice exams per day. This app provides a realistic representation of the actual exam. It's a well structured study tool. Made taking the test fun and easy. Thank you! Will be back for the General.

Makes studying easy!

I downloaded this today in preparation for taking my technician exam tonight, and wish I would have a month ago. It's so much faster to take an exam than the ARRL site, and it's a lot easier to see what you got wrong so you don't repeat your mistakes.
I only used it 3-4 times, but it looks like there's even a way to see what sections you tend to do poorly on, which would be great for studying.
I took my exam and got 34/35, so I'll see you once the FCC issues me a call sign!
